Welcome to the forum. We all started out with XJs, but as time changes we have to face the fact that JKs and JLS in the four door version is the new XJ

I can’t even remember the last time I saw an XJ in my area. I like them but they seem especially rare here for whatever reason. I drive a 2 door jk but I see what you mean about the 4 doors.
Yes, they are beginning to disappear. By this time, twenty to thirty year old rigs (mine is 33) are heading for the crusher. They found I think they needed real Jeeps with solid front axles that could carry a family. BTW, many of the front end parts that fit our XJs also fit your JK

Yup they are getting rarer. I can get a clean late model WJ for less than people are wanting for their XJs around here.
