Theres two types of connectors.

One uses the fuel line disconnect tool.

The other - requires squeezing the, two, visible bits of plastic, whilst wriggling the line out.
... thats if the plastic clip isnt all out of shape from heat and time ..
Try push the line in, before pulling it out.

Why carmakers dont just use time proven, effective, barbed fittings and hose clamps is beyond me .. ..


If all else fails and you have to cut it ... try and use a pipe cutting tool.

Using a hacksaw creates lots of filings that could end up back in your gearbox.
