I have a '96 with 4.0, AW4, 4.5" lift, and 8.25.
I might feel a very slight vibe at 60mph but other than that it is smooth up to 85.
Is there a risk of the drive shaft being to short and pulling out when wheeling?

Normally I would say no. But to be sure, jack up the rear and allow the axle to go to full droop and see how much of the yoke is on the splines at the tcase. Always good to check that stuff

I think the problem comes in with drive line binding during articulation. No vibes and you should be okay on the road.
