    Yes, powerlifting helps. A hockey mask is a good safety item

    In my neighborhood, walking around holding a piece of metal wearing a hockey mask could cause someone to have a stroke...or shoot you!!

    I just use a rubber mallet. And no problem. Don't remember if it helps to hold the shift button in, or not. But keep it covered, it likes to go flying when the handle comes off the detente that holds it on.
