Sounds like a u joint issue

i have had them looked at they seem fine it also pops in 4low in reverse also

Pops in 4hi part time not as much in full time and really bad in 4low ,
Gonna stand by the U joint thing. Check the CV joint in the front drive line closely. That is the first thing I would look at.

How do i check them out?
You will need to remove the shaft. It is probably the ball and socket in the center that is giving you trouble

why wouldnt to do it in 2wd?
No pressure on the front drive train. When you shift it in then there is horsepower applied to everything and stuff like that will show up

are you staying the axle u-joints or what?
my front drive shaft has yellow paint like from a junk yard
if i take the drive shaft out would that help me narrow the problem down?
