For the front you will need the gears, a new carrier and install kit. For the rear just the gears and install kit. You have the heavy duty axles which is a good thing

Ok what do you mean by carrier and install kit

The carrier is the thing the ring gear bolts to and also contains the spider and side gears. The Dana differentials all had two carriers available depending on the gear ratio. The surface the ring gear bolts to is moved toward the pinion gear above the number 3.73 so they could save money on material in the ring gear, in other words it would not have to be so thick. An install kit is things like shims for the bearings, bearings themselves and seals etc. All the small stuff

Don't forget the unibody stiffening where the steering box attaches, also replacing the steering box with something heavier like the Durango box.
Also the rest of the steering will need to be beefed up with 35's.
Then before you do much off roading you'll want to look into beefing up the Dana 30.
SYE (which I think you mentioned already)
How can I beef uo the 30
