    Default Lift kit modification

    I have a 99 xj with a 5 inch lift on it but I need more ground clearance is there anything I can do to get clearance for 35s and ground clearance with out buying a new lift

    You can go an inch and a half in the front with coil spring spacers. And you can add an extended shackle in the rear if you don't already have one. Make sure your brake lines are long enough as well as shocks. Have you trimmed your fenders yet?

    If you already have the longer shackles you can get shackle relocation brackets.
    Off road enthusiast's are not the ones killing nature, it's new sub-divisions, businesses, and strip malls.

    My front springs already have spacers in them and my fenders are also cut but could I put longer coil springs in

    You can purchase new coils either from one of the lift manufacturers or look around on forums for some that are taller.. or get taller spacers depending on what height you have on your setup currently... But along with making sure your brake lines will be long enough, make sure you shocks will be as well.. don't want to tear up your shocks by extending them too much...

    You will need longer coils then. I should also ask if you have long or short arms in the front suspension, adjustable track bar?
