when i put it in 4x4, my front end grinds , but, only when i turn right..anyone know why? doesn't do it in reverse if i am turning right, only going forward...

check the bearings in the front, Knuckles and drive shaft U joints to start with also check the brakes, pads and caliper.

No squeaks? I'm leaning to the drive shaft u-joints.
I think it is the axels u-joints most likely both people forget about them and they don't make noise most of the time untile you pood power to them. and they wear more in the forward motion the most.
