Ok so I pulled the locker out I was getting a clunk when I let up on the throttle. After looking at it the holes that the pins are in were egg shaped. Wondering if they maybe make a sleeve kit for it. But I still have a little hmmm. Thinking it might be because I had to keep driving it back and forth to work and dropping the kids off at school. What do you guys think?

Did you by any chance grind down the cross pin when installing it?

I think some pics might be in order here. The holes shouldn't be egg shaped. And no, you weren't supposed to grind the pin. However that is a common cause of what you are describing with the clunking.

Well I figured out how to get rid of my humming Dana 35!! Buy another jeep with the same ratio and do the swap again. Ha Ha and this time don't pull the third member.

You can pull it again, I pulled mine. You just have to be careful to put it back exactly the same,
