    Inbetween the 2 snow covered mountain tops is the I10 and palm springs. Thomas mtn. is nw of anza borego where they used to have terra de sol every thanksgiving.

    I was just down that way not long ago on business, but not with the XJ. I was in the turbocharged Subaru keeping up with traffic at 95 mph just cruising along

    I got some friends that rallycross at irwindale and willowsprings raceways. wrxs are big down here.

    It is not a WRX, but an Outback XT. Still plenty fast and nice when needed.
