95 Xj No Spark

Hello all,
I’m going to get right to it.
Last week getting into traffic I got on it and 2 seconds later it was like someone just unplugged the motor. I read in here and other forums about all the probable causes. So with that I replaced the coil, the CPS, the cam sensor in the dist. new wires and rotor, checked fuel pressure (all good) and checked all the grounds. So I got down to the ECM. Here is what it looks like at the bottom here. Has anyone taken one of these apart? it looks like the rubbery gunk is cracking. Does anyone have a spare one I can test with? Part # 56026948. I can get a new one for like 300. but want to be sure that is the problem. So if you have a spare, I will pay you for shipping + and send it back to you. PM me if you have one to sell or barrow me.

Oh! P.S. the codes were 12, 41, 42 (the problem) and obviously 55.
