Heimlich Maneuver
Two guys are in a restaurant. The next table over is a very attractive woman eating alone. She suddenly starts coughing/choking on her meal.
One of the guys stands her up, turns her around, pulls her panties down and licks her rear. A huge chunk of steak comes launching out of her mouth. She spins around and slaps him in the face, then abruptly walks out.
The guy turns to his friend and says, "Boy, that him lick maneuver works everytime."
