    hey jenssen why would my door lock not deactivate? and also why would they be SOOOO DAMN HARD to unlock manually? my kids literally cannot unlock the door my WIFE has a hard time and I can barely do it... im not sure why but it has been on going for a few years

    My bet is that the rods in the door is bent

    or the grease is all dryed up and is like glue.Just for checking it out spray
    everything with a lub like wd40 or tri-flow or what ever. in the keyway
    and in the latch also sprid the weatherstiping and spray down into the door.
    if it work easyer you will need to take the door panel off and relub it.
