    Default Aux Fuse Box Question

98 XJ Classic. All power/electrical options, 4.0 liter motor.

I picked up a small aux fuse box for under the hood. The box is about 3" x 4" and requires about 6" out the bottom for all the wires. I cannot find anywhere to mount the box under the hood. Let's say there is a lack of open space. Any ideas where to mount it?

The box came out of a mid 80s Chevrolet. Got it at the U Pull It yard on the northside of town. It has 3 relays, 6 mini fuses and 4 maxi fuses.

Any help or advise as to where to mount is will be appreciated.

I haven't seen your specific box, but I mounted a home made relay plate with circuit breakers on the firewall. Here is a pic.

This is right beside the passenger side hood hinge. It was the only place I had any room
