I run a similar product in my cooling system and my son has also on his Ranchero. It does help, but is not a substitute for a cooling system that needs help. Once you get past the 7-10* difference, it will heat up like it wasn't there. It kind of passes a threshold and then behaves like there was not any there.

I got mine from NAPA. I believe it was called Water Wetter. I did a quick search at Summit Racing and found that it is a Red Line product
