my wife sister owns 2 gas stations here in FL , as far is i know ALL fuel here in the US contains 10% or more ethanol its a law so trying to find a place that dose not have ethanol is pointless

I don't think it is... otherwise you would think all the gas stations here advertising 100% gas would get in some trouble..

i don't care what advertising , they have 10% ethanol and if they don't advertise it someone needs to call the main office for that company

It is a law that they must show that they are selling 10% Ethanol gas, but I do not believe it is a law that the must sell 10% gas.
Maybe in some states... but not here.
Upon further review... it appears some states do require only 10% blend. Missouri, Minnesota, Hawaii, Texas and Florida are those... I am sure there maybe other states as well.

VA does not require ethanol in its gas.
WV does.
