Did you check the connection on the back of the gauge cluster and add some dielectric grease? This is typically the problem with gauges. I just recently had to go back into mine to get them to work. Sometimes only part of them work, sometimes none of them work. For the moment (knock on wood) they are all working.

Chrysler has a redesigned plug for the back of the gauges but I do not remember what years it is for.

Well I've checked the plug ins on the back of the gauges they all seem fine, and I also forgot to mention that my low fuel light is on the fuel gauge and the hand is past full. And I know there is gas in the tank. I'm just stumped

The low fuel light is electronically controlled within the gauge cluster. This indicates you might have some internal problems within it.
