Drivers power window switch not working.

My first problem how do you remove the switch assembly? I have it unplugged and have tried to gently pull the switch assembly away from the door panel. I don't want to force it and break things.

Since everything else works I'm thinking it is just the switch. All the switches look the same, so my plan is to switch it with one of the other window switches to confirm.

But I can't get to the damn switches.
