    Default Hayden trans cooler

    Been awhile guys. Have not been motivated on transmission project till now. So i am bypassing radiator completely with my trans cooler. Instructions do not show but with hayden trans cooler does it matter which post i use for inlet and outlet of fluid?

    If there is no thermostatic fan switch on it, then no
    230 hp 4.3L Chevy
    Built 4L60E with manual lockout
    Atlas 4 speed
    Griffin radiator
    On board air
    Warn 9.5ti on custom bumper
    7.5" RE front and bastard pack rear on custom long arms
    30 gal gas tank
    lockers
    And a bunch of other stuff

    It's best to come into it from the bottom and out to the trans from the top. So have it mounted with the ports to one side. But in all honesty it doesn't matter much. Just try to avoid having the ports mounted both up or both down as it can trap air pockets in the cooler.
