Default Connecting rods siezed to wrist pins?

so just rebuilt my 4.0 at 333000 typical engine build, put it all together double checking everything, new crank, cam pistons and wrist pins, engine cranked fine, oil PSI at 40 for about a minute, then it locked up, pulled the engine found all six rods locked tight to wrist pins or pistons to wrist pins, ive seen maybe one do this in forty years of rebuilding various engine but never all 6 at the same any reason some one can give me before I put this back together where did I go wrong, 1 cylinder scarred so I have to by oversize pistons

Are your rods in backwards? They should have a little hole to splash oil up on to the wrist pins. Also lubricate well when assembling. Powerpunch is the best stuff for that
