Replacing Rockers with Rectangular Tubing

Progress!!!

I've gotten the underside fully welded, along the angle and the braces to the frame stiffeners. A couple of the welds around the braces were pretty bad so I ground them down and redid em. Not much to look at, i'm not cleaning it yet to keep it from rusting until I get to painting.





Now you can see why I cut the floor extra and folded the pieces up.





I also welded the inner fender to the front and rear of the tubing. I have a feeling i'll need to redo a little of the rear though, its tough to not burn through there because its ridiculously thin.
