99 no start

My daughter reported the 99 wouldn't start. I notice a slow crank the other day so I assumed it was the battery.

I went to try it this morning and it would crank and crank but wouldn't try to start.

I remembered the TPS issue we had a year (or more) ago. I tried starting it by giving it gas. It started, ran rough and then lined out. Wouldn't hold an idle though.

After running it a couple of minutes it started idling.

I have a new IAC so since I hear this is the most common cause for bad or no idle I swapped in the other one.

With the throttle body off I did clean it with throttle body cleaner.

Blow by? Normal or not? Have not noticed any smoking.

I had the original TPS so I put that one on and it starts, idles low for 2 to 3 seconds and then idles normal.

I'm thinking I need to replace the TPS.
