Default New Flares on Old Fenders?

I have a 1995 with the old (long) front fenders. Recently, I installed a Smittybilt XRC front bumper and it required cutting the fenders and fender flares. Due to some "overenthusiasm" with the cut-off wheel equipped grinder, my fender flares now look like crap. Before I go to the Junk Yard and get another set of older style fender flares, I was wondering if the new style fender flares are a direct bolt on to the old fenders?

Wondered the same thing myself. May grab a couple of flares next time I go and see. Although my fender are modified so I would have to cut them up.
