Looking at a 91
Well today i was car scouting and found a 91 4 door, 5 speed 4.0L 4x4, black with tan interiors, looked clean, started right up, no signs of leaks in the engine or trans, it looked mostly like a city car.
the only thing that seemed weird was that when i took a look at the engine i could the flywheel, is this normal?
is there something i have to look out for in this model?

If you mean you could see the flywheel then yes its missing the sight plate [inspection cover]

You could only see the flywheel from under the engine right!! There should be aetal inspoection plate that bolts to the transmission bell hoiusing. Like a halfcircle,

well i took a pic under the hood and the part that was missing, was on the left side of the the engine, so yes i think it was an inspection plate
