    Default Pinion Angle

Hey everyone, I recently installed a RC 4.5" lift kit with new lower control arms. I took it to the shop for new tires and they say my "pinion angle" is off and I need new, longer UPPER control arms to fix this problem. Is he right or is he talking BS? Thanks

If you are not getting drive shaft vibrations, then the pinion angle is fine. However the castor angle I am sure is off. To fix that, I would get new lower arms for a 4.5" lift or better yet get adjustable lowers. You will like your steering better and it will be more difficult to generate any death wobble from slight wear on your other components

Ok, I will drive it around for a bit to observe the vibrations. The kit came with new lower control arms so those are on there. Thank you!
