    Default Ignition Coil Troubleshooting

Got a 96 cherokee 4.0l a couple months back that doesn't have spark. Been through the usual suspects (CPS, NSS, ASD, Fuses). I have already had to repair some wiring due to rat damage but have fixed everything I can see. I've replaced the CPS and ignition coil with MOPAR parts that pass the resistance bench tests. I'm wondering if anyone could put a volt meter to the plug going in to the ignition coil and let me know what voltages the two lines get. I'm currently getting 9.97v through the green/orange and 11.54v to the black/grey. Thanks in advance

I swapped out the dizzy and cam sensor from my buddy's jeep. No change.

How did you determine you are not getting spark?

I have an inline spark tester and I tried the old fashioned, hold the plug on the block and have some crank
