I agree that you shouldn't need a steering stabilizer if everything is in good working condition and tight. I haven't ran a stabilizer in years, other than the steering assist ram I have on there now. If you are close to swapping axles and suspension like you say, add that money to your jeep fund so you get to the project sooner.
Side question: why only 4.56 gears if you are going to run 37's?
