Never thought about the pulleys. I'll have to check them next time I have a day off. Really hope it's something that simple.

Had same issue Brandon, and same solution, come up on a friend's 96 XJ; would rattle under acceleration and had a belt that was "walking" on the fan drive pulley. Replaced the HB, all's good now. Fairly easy to see; the balancing weight (outer ring) should be parallel with the hub (center piece) when looking at it from above. We got a new one for45 at local auto parts store!
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If it's fixed, go break it!
