Oh I know that. A company I worked for a long time ago that made ice cream freezers had a group of Chinese "workers" in the plant to observe how we manufactured the machines. There were several "party members" there to keep an eye on them.

The reason for that was there was a refrigerator company in China building refigerators EXACTLY how the engineers designed them. Guess they didn't work right so they took the workers out and "disposed" of them.
