Default Help with removing alternator bracket on 1999 XJ

Replacing an alternator on a 1999 just find out that the lower alternator bolt is soooo tight on that even with liqued wrench, a few wackes, and the right size socket, I still stripped the bolt head. Even sockets to remove a stripped bolt head didnt work. So now I need to remove the bracket with the alternator so can remove the bolt while its on my bench or just take the bracket and alternator to shop to remove the stripped bolt. Thanks.

I think this is one of those times that when you get the bracket off you just take a grinder to it

I'd try from below with a carbide cutter and cut the head off or grind it off in car if possible. Or weld a nut onto it and try again
Aint got no whistle, don't belch out smoke, but my V10 aint no joke !!!
