Jeep staring problem

hi guys i rely need ur help i have a 96 cherokee 4.0 wen i turn it off i have to spray staring fluid if not it won't start i put a new fuel pump and nothing plz help me thank u

Have you checked/replaced the fuel filter. Does it run rough once it's started?

It sounds like a fuel related problem to me still.

Sounds like a fuel pressure problem. Possibly the regulator

I am not worried about a thank you, I was more worried that there still may be an issue. Besides it wasn't my "idea" that helped fix it so no thank you to me is necessary.
