I idle at about 600 rpm. I had a high idle (about 1200 rpm) and it was the TPS. It could also be a vacum leak.
Not sure on the high CO. I'm kinda dumb when it comes to emissions.

Considering the previous owner... it probly the original sensor.
Fingers crossed ~ cleaning the throttle body & associated will do the trick.
Then I'll look at the O2 sensor.
Fortunately, the test is free the papers for passing costs20. So I can go back over and over for free till I figure it out. ...but I can't drive otherwise till it passes

Clean the egr valve and the intake.
