That vidio might scare you but how about the fact that the US government recently purcased enough 40 cal. hollow point to put 4 holes in every american citizen. Thats all ages and ethnics, total average 4 bullets per person. The even bigger WHATthe military nor any police, government agency are allowed to use hollow point ammo, so why did the buy em????
