I have run into another small set back with my little '92 xj. I just did the gauge cluster swap and was making an attempt to change out the temp sender located at the back of the head on the driver side when it broke off flush with the head. It seems that it may have been over-tightened because I just barely turned it and it came right off!!!

I was wondering if this was a common occurrence and what might be the best plan of attack to rectify the situation. There doesn't seem to much room for getting in there with an easy out.
