No different then installing any other kit. Shouldn't be to bad with the right tools of course.
OME is VERY top notch stuff. If you aren't planning to go crazy wheeling and are wanting something more for a daily driver and weekend warrior, I would say fork over the money for the OME kit. The nice thing about this kit, is you could always build off of it as well. Toss in some spacers on the coils and shackle for the rear and get closer to 4" down the road. You can seriously feel the ride difference of a OME kit compared to others.
