The input is 4.7 the out put was 4.6
i move it slowly the out put now is 4.2
is it good ???? please help

Not an expert but I'm going to guess no. From what I could tell in searching before I replaced mine, it should be a smooth transition from around 5 to almost 0. If you aren't getting any change I would guess it's bad. Mine was35 for a 93, so I figured it was worth the money to check it.
