Energy suspension master kit install

I recently purchased a full set of poly bushings from Energy Suspension. There seams to be an insane amount of bushings that come with the kit but very little instructions on what is what. Has anyone purchased this kit and what did you find helpful and hurtful. Any advice would be much appreciated since this looks like a lengthy install.

Be sure to lube them before installation. If you need to know what a bushing is for you could probably post a pic of it and i'm sure one of us could name it for ya. I've only used their sway bar mounts and bushings but i am pleased. No squeak, and better feel.

Thats good to know, I plan on replacing all the control arm bushings as well as some other random ones it came with. It did come with its own grease as well and said to pretty much grease everything before installing them.
