Ok I'm confused here.....
Here's my exhaust bracket:

Daystar says if the exhaust bracket is between the crossmember and...
The reason I'm considering poly is because I have doubts for aftermarket rubber. They sell oem replacement tranny mounts for $15-$30. This seems cheap and I'm doubting the quality of the rubber used....
Doesn't it lessen over time as the mount breaks in? I am thinking poly tranny but definitely rubber motor mounts. I hear the poly motor mounts make it a whole lot worse.
You should be able to pry that out of the rubber isolator cuz they sell replacement isolators so has to be a way to get it out. Can you stick a big flat head in the other end of the rubber isolator...
Mine's pooped out and I'm gonna replace it but can't decided over poly or rubber. Some people say poly vibes like crazy while some say it's temporary and goes away when it breaks in. I don't mind...
Something I noticed in the picture is you have jack stands under the axle and not the frame? They should be under the frame so the jeep doesn't fall on you if the jacks fail. If there are not any...
I actually think the hankook dynapros are actually pretty good. When I was at the outback adventure last summer, the guy in front of me had those tires. They did not flinch at all and it was very...
Did you pull that thing out of the ocean? lol that's some good corrosion there. If the bracket or joint is in any way moving or clunking, it needs replaced. The trackbar and it's joints need to be...
Well I can't tell if your joints are bad but if you said you saw little play in the joints then they should be replaced.
Check the following:
tie rods in steering
steering box bolts
trackbar...
My t-bar came with a bigger bolt and regular nut. You can't fit a wrench in that little hole to hold the nut so I took my dremel and enlarged the hole at the bottom of the trackbar bracket. You just...
It works on my computer. When using photobucket, they give you four links to use under the picture. Use the last one at the bottom and post that link here. It will show up when someone views the...
Yeah that mostly happens with the bolt is left loose for a long period of time. It wobbles back and forth, wallowing it out.
Yup no need for one at that height.
Alright cool. It sucks though cuz I'm stuck with 11mm at the axle end but luckily Andy got me a sleeve that was drilled out to 11mm.
Andy makes trackbars, control arms, tie rods, shackles, long arms, but he does not make pitman arms or draglinks. I bet he could fab up a draglink to go along with his beefy tie rod if you request...
Hey Tony, I'm curious about something. I was wondering if my Rough Country bar was an odd one out or was it the same for all the trackbars. My axle end bolt sleeve is 11 mm and the frame size is...
If you are looking for a Interco tire that's street friendly but agressive enough for off road, get the Trxus Mud Terrains. I had a few sets of them. Aside from the balancing issues (what's new),...
This is why I swapped out my Rough Country bar for Andy's.
I have the double sheer kit like you have Tony. When I first received it with my long arm kit, I was nervous because it was scary thin....
If you are lookin for a trackbar, go IronMan4x4fab. He built me one and it's made for a tank. Totally blew away the rough country bar I had on previously. It's overbuilt, underpriced, and quality!...
This is for a used trackbar that's laying around. We got the length but just don't know if it will fit his 4" lift.
A fellow jeeper wants to buy a double sheer trackbar. It's made for 4.5" or higher. The shortest is 31.25". I'm trying to see if it will fit on his 4" lift with a double sheer bracket.
Any of ya...
You aren't alone. The past two or three days has been a struggle to get on the site and do anything. It was just SLOOOOOOOOW. But now it seems to be back to normal.
Sorry for the late reply. I haven't been getting instant notifications via email anymore. I wonder what's up with that? I haven't changed my settings...hmmm.
I need to get the alignment and...
Yeah at speeds above 30 mph. When I'm going slow it seems to steer straight but on the highway it requires constant corrections. Very annoying.
