Glad you got it sorted out, buddy.
Poor Kermit can't catch a break. How'd your house and family fare? We got lucky here in Cypress.... 90% of my neighborhood was under water though
Very nicely done!
Dammit Steve... now I'm hungry for rice
I like it. Looking forward to the finished product
Mine does the exact same thing. Rotated tires and it calmed down for a bit if I recall correctly.
Doing it again big time now.

I've been considering an upgrade as well. I would like bluetooth instead of the old school Sony 1-din cd player I have now. chinavision.com has android radios for a good price. msmoorenburg got...
Well, I didn't get the job with AutoTrader. I'm pretty bummed about that. Guess I'm going to be hitting this roofing job pretty hard!
With roofing, I'll make my own hours. Obviously, the more I work, the more potential I have to earn money. So, I foresee weekends, yes, but not a 12.5 hour saturday like car sales.
With...
Well, I hate to jump the gun, but that phone interview with AutoTrader went well. It's not my dream position like the other one was, but it could still double my old salary and solve a LOT of...
Congrats good buddy!
Thanks, buddy. All I know is that I had a customer that sold roofs and made a killing. I know I'm not the salesman he is, but if I'm half of what he is... well I'll be very well off.
I'll keep...
Well, I didn't get the gig with AutoTrader... they decided to take the easy road and move an internal employee to the position. Farkers.
On another note, I just can't afford to feed my family on...
Well, 6.5 months in and I am still here. Been searching for another job the entire time with not much luck.... until now :D I found a position with AutoTrader and the job description sounds like a...
Well, aired up the tires Sunday and took it out and about the neighborhood. Runs extremely well and is a ton of fun. Temp gauge likes to peg itself after a short while though... it's liquid cooled...
Patrick came over and helped me bleed the brakes and got it running again. Took it for a spin down the street and back.... Not fun turning on low tires lol

Thanks bud. I soaked the hell out of them with carb cleaner and threw it back on for now. It runs and after a while I was able to give it throttle. Pegged the temp gauge, but I'll have to inspect...
This morning is carb day. Stupid Chinese scooters....
...
So I got a few minutes to work on it today. The master cylinders I ordered were the wrong ones. The brake line was on the wrong side of the cylinder, the mirror hole was the wrong size and the...
Might as well replace the chain while you're in there. "Preventative maintenance"
So I took a few minutes and installed the new battery that came in yesterday. I didn't want to run it too long until I get the oil changed. It's been in there for a minimum of 4 years and who knows...
The make/model is a Diamo Turisra 300 but it's all Linhai parts. Is Linhai a Yamaha?

I just ordered the battery from amazon and master cylinders from ebay... damn chinese scooters and your hard to find parts. Oh well, those items only put me back $80, so I cant complain.
Yup. I've never really wanted a scooter. Well, maybe a vespa, but I find myself excited to get this thing running and driving. It's supposed to get 75 mpg.
