Will it support a 33" spare? How much movement does it have inside the hitch reciever?
Kind of really want.

Notice any pickup in the butt-dyno?

Finally tracked down my power steering leak. The reservoir I got from Rock Auto was made a hair too small, so the fitting that went into the pump itself was small enough to not seal on the o-ring and...
Here's one from Sunday.

I relocated the Hellas to the underside of the bar, and added an...
Hey all, it's been a while... My rig got sidelined for a bit due to a makeout session with a telephone pole, but it's back and got some new stuff. I'll post some pics up as soon as I can.
That sounds about right. It cost more on my Yukon, but that was because I was using special stuff.
 Thanks, dude!
Not much to update yet- I'll post pics when I start working on fixing my exhaust.
Here's a pic from my Rausch Creek trip with the spacers on, probably my favorite pic of my XJ to date...

evap hose maybe? there's a small hose that LOVES to rot away. Maybe something about going down a hill flexes it just right that it gaps and causes the smell to come out.
Not much has happened that's worthy of taking pictures of- replaced a unit bearing, replaced left front u-joint, replaced (for the FOURTH time) my dash switches for my auxiliary lights, and added...
I found some new damage from this run- my crossmember is caved in in two spots. Still structurally sound, but no longer shaped how it oughta be.
Time for a belly skid, methinks.
intrigued...
bookmarked to follow.
is this an XJ D30 with TJ D44 parts?
A list of all the carnage discovered so far:
both D30 U-joints
Right unit bearing
Scratches on Riddler cover, 8.25

The local club I'm in (SiS Offroad) went to Rausch Creek for three days of wheeling, and with the intention of having participants bring supplies to make care packages for troops overseas. From my...
i think a 31, and even that's pushing it.
I've used Seafoam on every vehicle I've ever had, same with Marvel and Lucas.
It's tight to run a dually system. It would only be dual pipes, not mufflers, as the XJ is an inline engine.

Put hockey pucks on the coil buckets and installed 10" travel Hydro shocks... finally have the droop I want. I'll post a flex shot from my shakedown run.
I think it's stupid.
Also, is it a bad thing when all i thought about reading this thread was how my AW4 needed a fluid flush??
get a LockRight, then when the D35 blows, move the LockRight to your D30. It's a direct fit. You might need to change springs but that's it.
Yeah, aesthetically it leaves a lot to be desired. It leaves much to be desired in visibility to leave them on, though. I can see where the corners are so much better.
