looking good man keep it up
also i'm gonna be adding a second coat but its fine with one coat point being with tape, liner and flat black it only cost 65 bux or so for a good looking paint job and took us about 2 and a half...
we just scratched it up
well like i said in another post, i don't want my xj to look like everyone else's driving down the road, but i assure you it doesn't stick out past the tires, for whatever reason it just looks much...
no lol it just comes out looking bigger in pick its actually as wide as the tires
ok so i decided to take advantage of some halfway decent weather and give the xj a facelift hehe...i still have some touch ups to do but so far so good...
did i miss something? what was that about intense vacuum ?
plus i'm trying to do my face lift this weekend:sad0147: but the rain is kickin my *** i'm painting the rig with bedliner woot
ive responded several times to this post lol but for some reason my pc is being crappy i guess cause its not showing up I'M IN.... Chico is far but not a killer for me Marysville would be better...

i was giddy when i saw a cali checklist man i see xj's...
ah crap now i double posted lol
odd i posted earlier and it didn't stick...no i haven't figured it out yet ive been working out of town in Reno, Nevada with an abscessed tooth none the less, i wish i had my jeep up there though lol...
sorry guys i've been working in reno with no laptop so i couldnt respond no i havent figured out all the vaccum yet but really havent had the time to try...lol i really need to get some XJtalk...
also keep in mind lol my previous bumper in the rear was a 4 inch pvc pipe lol
more pics as i slowly get a couple things done on a tight budget, i found this bumper on craigslist for 60 bux...not bad considering most that i see are goin for well over 100 bux anywho i also added...
i took it up to shasta lake area and tested it out, once i was in the dirt it did just fine and outperformed my brother's 2006 chevy 4x4 :>
thank you very much mudderoy for helping an ignorant noob you said(Part time 4x4 should only be used on slippery surfaces.) wich fixed the entire situation for me now hopefully i diidnt screw...
you may have been more help than you know...just a thought, i was under the impression that all four tires turn at the same rate of speed, could it be binding cause im on asphalt?
no was not turning it will roll straight for about ten feet then start binding and come to a stop without touching the brakes
