Second you've done a lot better then most with getting the roof in shape. XJ's are tuff, any body shop will tell you roof damage on an xj they stay...

The best method for removing the old bushings is to use a Large C-clamp w/large sockets and odd exhaust pipe pieces or a Ball joint removal kit...

Finally had a free weekend with good weather to work on the jeep.
Installed all 4 Balljoints and F/Axle Joints. Mounted a set of 31" I p/u on the Canyon Wheels and put them on the XJ.
