apparently there is a hex nut on the actuator that needs to be tightened on new actuators. its accessed through the small hole on the side of the door once its installed.
Lol, ya it was the rods. I started doing that. I got them on. The door opens from the inside but not from the outside. I see it moving something on the actuator but it wont open the door.
If anyone know how to replace the acutator on the driver side door, Mostly just need to know how to put those rods back in. I bought the Jeep with the driver side door disassembled already.
