Leak around power steering cap???

All of a sudden I have developed a pretty good leak around the cap of my power steering reservoir. I have developed a squeal as well when turning.

Checked the fluid level and it was a little high so I removed some but the squealing is still there (not as bad though). I have not added any fluid recently so I don't know why this would just start at the same time the noise developed. Any thoughts/comments?

If it has fluid and still squeals it sounds like the pump is on it's way out.
As far as the leak, I suppose the failing pump could cause excessive pressure since it's not working as it should.

Any foam in the oil?

No foam but it had been sitting for awhile when I was messing around with it yesterday afternoon. I'll drive it some and check it when I get home today.
