JKS disconnect spacer

A while back I got a set of JKS quicker disconnects for a steal on ebay. BUT, they were missing one little spacer that goes beside the bottom of the disconnect on the mounting pin.

Now for the dilemma. I can get a replacement from JKS but I have a problem paying $15 to ship a $1 spacer that is so small it could fit in the smallest of envelopes. My budget (or lack thereof) has made me cheap. :D But I think there's a principal here and I just can't stand what seems like getting ripped off. So, I am wondering why I can't just find a metal version. But the one JKS sells is poly. Thoughts? Not sure if I could find one in the right dimensions but maybe I could do it for much cheaper.

Also thought I could see if someone is ordering from JKS and they wouldn't mind tacking on a spacer for me on their order and send it to me. For a reward of course. Any takers?
