90 Motor swap questions

Okay, I have some questions. I have a 90 with the 4.0 in it and I'm fixin to swap for a 4.0 out of a 96. Will my intake and exhaust work with this motor? Also, I was looking to possibly get a header (due to the cracking issue on the factory exhaust manifolds), but all of the options I see are for 91 or newer. Will this not be an issue using a 96 block? Will I need any additional parts? Anything else I should look out for or should know about? Any tips or tricks for making this swap go smoother would be appreciated! Thanks!
