Power source for interior fuse panel – fuse 2

I had been experiencing intermittent loss of power to my radio, cigarette lighter, wipers, and climate control. It would go out for a bit and come back on or would go out and come back on when the engine was shut off and restarted. It is now completely dead

I have checked the fuses in both the exterior PDC and the interior fuse panel and they all seem to look good. I tested fuse the connections for fuse 2, which should control these items, and I have no power to the fuse.

I’m trying to trace it back to find the issue but I’m not sure where the source is.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Unless it has been rewired, that will come off the accessory wire from the ignition switch

I don't think it has been rewired. Looks like it is time to tear into the steering column!
