As most of you know California has a budget crisis and has been issuing IOUs instead of checks. Well now, they have hit on a great idea. The state set up a cell phone trap, not speed but cell phone trap. I don't know how many they cited, but the fine with added in administrative costs went from $20 to $700. Talking while driving just got very expensive.
Just pay the fine with an I.O.U., problem solved.
OOO that is rich. I wonder if she could get away with that. We could collect IOUs like baseball cards.
just don't talk while driving then you can save the ious and the $700. just a thought.
I kept thinking when Califronia started giving out the I.O.U's, that someone should go pay their house payment with them, if the state can give them out, why should the bank say no??
You can only get away with it if you have a terminator (we call him the gubenator)
