The xjtalk server has been powering off due to a bad battery in the UPS (Uninterpretable Power Supply). It will probably be the weekend before I will be able to get a replacement. So far the UPS has powered off the server twice. Once 3 days ago, then again this morning between 3 and 4 am. I suspect that we had a small power spike and the UPS wasn't able to recover because of the failing battery.

If you notice the server isn't available keep trying as it will be fairly easy to get it back up and going as soon as I am alerted by a service I subscribe to or when I notice I cannot access the server.

I hate that we are having this issue so close to the start of the board, but things like this always seem to happen at the worst times.
