Have you checked/replaced the fuel filter. Does it run rough once it's started?
It sounds like a fuel related problem to me still.
Sounds like a fuel pressure problem. Possibly the regulator
Yes, fuel pressure is a good place to start
it run good wen is on were is the regulater
On the fuel rail, where the return line is

the regulator has a hose and it was all most falling

I am not worried about a thank you, I was more worried that there still may be an issue. Besides it wasn't my "idea" that helped fix it so no thank you to me is necessary.
